What it costs, and what moves it
There's no rate card. Everything else you need before a call is here: what moves the price, what the fee doesn't cover, when you pay, how long a quote stands and who you'd be signing with.
| Pricing drivers | 22, all published |

| Licence | Annually in advance |
| Quote validity | 30 days |
| Taxes | GST extra as applicable |
No rate card. The questions that set the figure are below.
Want your number now? Run the calculator and see an indicative cost next to the value, with no email address needed.
The figure is computed from your answers. It isn’t a quotation, because nobody has looked at your ERP yet. The written report you can download needs a company email address, because it discusses your group’s reporting structure.
Who you’d be contracting with
FINAHQ, Munshi and FINK are all offered by the same entity, one company in the Ananta Group. Buy more than one product and you’re still signing with the same entity.
What moves the price
These are the exact questions the estimate is computed from, and every report lists which answers set your tier. Thirteen apply whatever you buy:
| What we ask | Simplest | Middle | Complex | Largest |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Companies (legal entities or Tally companies) | 1 | 2-5 | 6-30 | 31 or more |
| ERP mix | One light ERP (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho) | One heavy ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics), or two ERP types | 3-4 ERP types | 5 or more types, or an ERP needing a new connector |
| Data that comes by upload (other ERP, Excel) | None | 1-2 companies | 3-10 companies | 11 or more companies |
| Other data sources (HRMS, billing, bank, budgets) | None | 1-2 file uploads | 3 or more sources, or any live connection | Custom integrations |
| Chart of accounts across companies | One company, or one common chart | Mostly common | Different in each company | Different and changing within the year |
| Companies outside India (currencies) | None | — | 1-5 | 6 or more, or any in a hyperinflationary economy |
| History to load | Up to 1 year | 2 years | 3-5 years | 6 or more years |
| Reporting cadence | Monthly or quarterly | Monthly plus quarterly statutory | Adds a weekly flash | Daily reporting |
| Named users | Up to 5 | 6-15 | 16-50 | 51 or more |
| Deployment | Our cloud (SaaS) | Private instance in our cloud | Customer's own cloud | On-premise or air-gapped |
| Security and compliance asks | Standard | Single sign-on | Security review and custom data agreement | Regulator-driven audits of the vendor (bank, insurer) |
| Time to go live | 8 weeks or more | 6-8 weeks | 4-6 weeks | Under 4 weeks |
| MIS formats or packs | 1 | 2-3 | 4-6 | 7 or more |
Six more apply only to a group close: group structure, reporting frameworks, statutory outputs, the number of notes and schedules, counterparty pairs, and how much of the month Munshi runs. Three apply only to management reporting: dimensions, cost allocation, and whether budgets and forecasts are in scope. That’s twenty-two in all, and the calculator only asks the ones that apply to you.
Second and later companies in the same group engagement carry a discount, because they cost less to do than the first.
What the fee doesn’t cover
This is the same list the value report prints.
- ERP licences and any work inside your ERP.
- Subledgers other than accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed assets.
- Reconciliation of the general ledger to subledgers, and differences in source data.
- Planning and scenario tools.
- Self-hosted infrastructure.
- Travel beyond the training day.
- Munshi's AI usage, where Munshi is part of your plan: borne by the customer at actual cost, and not part of any estimate.
Two of these surprise people. Reconciling the general ledger to subledgers is excluded because the differences live in your source data, and fixing them is your team’s work on your books. Self-hosted infrastructure is excluded because in that setup the servers are yours.
When you pay

- A rate card. The calculator exists instead.
- Contract term, renewal, uplift and notice period. These are in the agreement. If they matter to your business case, ask for them in writing early.
- A committed implementation time. The drivers above set it, and we’d want to see your chart of accounts before quoting one.
Questions
Commonly asked
Is there a price anywhere?
Not on the site. The value calculator shows what your close costs you today and how much of that you could win back. Fees depend on your systems and scope, and are set out in writing after a call.
Why is there no rate card?
Because the drivers below move the number more than a rate card could show. A computed figure that's right for your group beats a published one that's wrong for most readers.
Who would we be contracting with?
The same entity, whichever of FINAHQ, Munshi or FINK you buy. One company, one agreement, however many products you take.
How long does a quote stand?
Thirty days from the date on it.
What about tax?
GST extra as applicable in India. Outside India, taxes extra as applicable. The offering entity is Indian, and export of services is normally zero-rated, so a euro or dollar quote shouldn't be read as having 18% waiting behind it.
FINAHQ and FINK are offered by Ananta Technology Services LLP.
