Value calculator terms
The terms you accept before a value report is produced, in plain language.
These are the terms you accept by ticking the box before a report is produced. They are versioned, and the version you accepted is recorded against your record and printed in the report.
This version: see the version line in the footer of your report.
What the calculator does
It asks five or six questions: what you need it to do, your companies and what each one runs on, what you file (if you are asking about FINAHQ), what you cut the numbers by (if you are asking about FINK), how many working days your reporting takes today, and how many people work on it. Everything else it needs is worked out from those answers rather than asked for. Code computes every figure, from those answers and from published rates. No part of the calculation is produced by a language model.
What the figures are, and are not
They are estimates. They follow from your answers, and they are only as good as those answers. They are not a quotation, not a commitment, and not advice. An estimated cost range is a range, and the actual cost of any work is set out in a written agreement.
Some cases are held for review
Where answers put a case beyond what a formula should decide on its own, no figure is produced automatically. The case is reviewed by a person and answered within one working day. You are told when this happens; you are not shown a number that would not hold.
Why a company email address is required
The report describes your group’s reporting structure and what it costs you. It is sent to a company address so that it reaches an address your company controls. Free and disposable addresses are refused.
What happens to your answers
They are stored so the report can be rebuilt exactly as it was issued, and they are held by the group entity relevant to the product you asked about. They are not sold and not shared with third parties for marketing. The privacy notice sets out the processors.
Which entity this is with
FINAHQ, Munshi and FINK are all offered by the same entity. If you ask about more than one product, each gets its own document, but they name the same offering entity.
FINAHQ, Munshi and FINK are all offered by Ananta Technology Services LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership within the Ananta Group.
FINAHQ and FINK are software. Nothing on this website, in the calculator or in any report is financial, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice.
Product outputs are computed from connected ERP data. Users must verify them against source systems before relying on them. The entities accept no liability for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete source data, misconfigured integrations, or decisions made on outputs without independent verification by a qualified professional.
Information on this website, form submissions and calculator reports do not create a contract. A commercial relationship begins only when a written agreement is signed with the entity that offers the relevant product.
FINK is offered by Ananta Technology Services LLP, the same entity that offers FINAHQ.
