For the group CFO

You're buying the ability to put your name on a number in front of a board and an auditor, three weeks earlier than you can today.

Everyone else can say “the numbers show”. You have to say “I am satisfied”. A faster close gives you time to question a figure before you sign it.

Speed and reach

A faster close means your board discusses last month instead of the quarter, and you sign a figure you’ve had time to interrogate. At SNR the other gain was reach: a monthly P&L for each of twenty institutes, where there had been one for the largest.

So the main problems that we were trying to solve was I need to prepare on a monthly basis approximately P &L accounts for around 20 institute which was actually not happening. So we were only preparing financial institutions for the largest financial statements for the largest institute. So we have been able to now provide management with timely reporting on on what is happening in the various units of the trust.

Four questions to ask any vendor

Ask them of us too.

  1. Where does the number come from? If a figure can’t be traced to the entry underneath it, you’re taking it on trust. Every figure here links to its journal entry.
  2. What happens when it can’t do something? A check that couldn’t run should say NOT VALIDATED. A period with missing data should refuse to answer. A system that never admits a gap will hide one.
  3. Does the AI compute anything? Ours doesn’t. Code does the arithmetic. The model reads files, writes the sentences and asks what a ledger can’t answer. It’s written down here.
  4. Who else has done this at my size? Our customers are here, with what each of them measured, including Veranda, who tried other tools first.

Ask a customer

Every figure on this site is in the customer’s own words. For the detail behind one, ask them: Seshadri at SNR has offered on camera to take a call from anyone considering this.

Questions

Commonly asked

How is this different from what our auditors already check?

The auditor checks the answer after it exists. This shortens the four weeks spent producing it, during which the figure moves twice. It doesn't replace an audit.

What if the numbers don't agree with our own?

That's what the connectivity test is for, and it happens before any proposal. Veranda, a listed company, reconciled to audit-level accuracy against their auditor's consolidated figures.

How long before this is live?

It depends on the pricing drivers: how many companies, how many ERPs, how much history. One group onboarded eighteen subsidiaries in four weeks. That's an outcome, not a promise, and your own answers set yours.

What changed for FINAHQ customers

As a BSE listed company, our POC had to be reconciled to audit-level accuracy. The numbers matched our auditor's consolidated financials exactly. That gave our board the confidence to proceed.
