FINAHQ

Excel as the reporting layer

Excel on the surface, power beneath.

Your team keeps working in Excel, and every number in the workbook comes from the ledger instead of being pasted in. Your audit already runs on Excel, so nobody has to change how they work.

  • Statements and schedules as workbooks. The statements, schedules and supporting detail come out as Excel files, with the figures live.
  • Every figure shows its source. Click a figure in a note and the formula bar shows where it came from. A line total sums every ledger mapped to that line for the period in the column header. A total is an ordinary SUM.
  • Print setup saved once. The template holds one print setup for the workbook and one for the PDF, so nobody re-fits a page at year end.
